Kalyug!!!

"I forget what I was taught, I only remember what I've learnt."
That is very much true with me friends. I forgot what I was taught. I forgot not because I have a bad memory but I was forced to forget things. "A friend in need is a friend indeed", " Honesty is the best policy", etc. awesome quotes but they look good in books. These quotes hardly have any existence in the present time"Kalyug". An era of cheats, liars, fake people, etc. In the present world only the fittest survives. Good people hardly have any existence. It has been rightly said that if there is a village in which the entire population is blind. And if there comes a man who can see, he cannot survive in that village or rather the population there will not allow that man live there. same things apply in the world today. Humans has become animals and I think that I am doing wrong to animals by comparing humans to them. Gods best creation has turned to the worst curse. To survive, one has to lie, cheat, etc. I find there is no other way a man can survive. After all he has to feed his children, wife, his family members, etc. How can he do so if he is true with his words, thoughts and deeds? A man is forced to forget things which is good and what he was taught. The situation is the master of the human and his deeds. One does anything to survive in this world.
Experience is the man's best friend. It is what a man learns. And only the thing of remembrance is the experience. A man is taught the manner to earn money in schools and colleges but its the world who teaches him to get it.
Everyone is alone in this world. People get linked with one and other just beacuse of his or her human nature but all are alone. Its a market of give and take. This give and take is not just out of love, care and affection but out of lust, greed and desire. Do good for a friend, dont expect anything in return because you are not a true friend who helped him but a foolish servant who did his work. You are not blessed but judged by your friend of how you did his or her work.
People think that friends, family members and other associates are there in the time of need, sorrow and happiness but I guess they are wrong. In todays world who cares and who have time to think from what sufferings and pain you are going through? Its all about advertising your pain and sorrow and nothing else.
"There is no market for your sorrows, no one will buy them. So never advertise your feelings just display your attitude..."

Laws by Nikhil...

Well from past few months, I really have very little or put it as no work to do. Why just me but the whole world is at a stand still. Its recession time friends. Empty mind is devils work shop. So instead sitting totally idle, I used my brains and discovered some interesting Laws which I thing Newton or some other geniuses has left it or forgot to give a thought to them.

LAW OF QUEUE:
If you change queues, the one you have left will start to move faster than the one you are in now.

LAW OF THE TELEPHONE:
When you dial a wrong number, you never get engaged one.

LAW OF MECHANICAL REPAIR:
After your hands become coated with grease, your nose will begin to itch.

LAW OF THE WORKSHOP:
Any tool, when dropped, will roll to the least accessible corner.

LAW OF THE ALIBI:
If you tell the boss you were late for work because you had a flat tire, the next morning you will have a flat tire.

BATH THEOREM:
When the body is immersed in water, the telephone rings.

LAW OF ENCOUNTERS:
The probability of meeting some one you know increases when you are with someone you don't want to be seen with.

LAW of the RESULT:
When you try to prove to someone that a machine won't work, it will!

LAW OF COFFEE:
As soon as you sit down for a cup of hot coffee, your boss will ask you to do something which will last until the coffee is cold.

Chill friends this was just to bring some smile on your face.
Keep smiling and smile a lot as it costs nothing...

Stop complaining!!!

Room for one more on top? How to get a seat in rush hour

Room for one more at the back?

Only if you can push your way into the throng of 100 or so workers on a journey home from work which makes commuting on Britain's much-maligned transport network seem like luxury.

Shoehorned onto the back of a lorry, they are crossing the Sahara Desert in temperatures of up to 35c in the shade. The hellish trip can last two to three weeks.
This is the way an army of migrant workers from some of Africa's poorest states get home from oil-rich Libya.

The lorries follow ancient spice caravan routes over hundreds of miles to Niger and Mali, braving dust storms and giant potholes.

The workers, who do menial jobs shunned by Libyans, have some time with their families - then their desert commute starts all over again.

I wonder if this was the condition we were to work in!!!
We people have got a habit of complaining on every little thing. We are not just lucky but we are very lucky...

What I see!!!

I Can See ---
A place where people are free whether they are black, white or yellow, and no one says "Hey look at that strange fellow"!
A place where Mom and Dad stay home at night and children never see their parents fight.
A place where people care about each other and everyone is treated like a brother.
A place where everyone has enough to eat with enough left over for an occasional treat.
A place where the tiniest have the right to be born and the elderly don't feel rejected and forlorn.
A place where laughter can be heard and people still believe God's word.
A place where people still pray each day and try their best to go the right way.
I can see this place if only in my dreams.

Nikhil means...

This was what I was thinking about few days back sitting in my office when I actually had nothing to do. What is the meaning of my name "NIKHIL"? Well this was a question to which I never gave a thought to. Then I came home and clicked on to Google search engine. Thanks to Google for quenching my thirst.

"Nikhil" is a Marathi, Sanskrit and Hindi word that means,
"COMPLETE MAN"
or
"UNIVERSAL".

Breaking the word down to Sanskrit roots shows:

NI (without)
KH (sky or boundary)
IL (agreed or liked)

The word also has connotations with the color blue, possibly because of the word "sky" being one of its roots. It is a commonly used name for males among Hindus.

Live life...

This is what a dying man wanted everyone to know.
Read it carefully.

First I was dying to finish my high school & start college.
Then I was dying to finish college and start working.
Then I was dying to marry and have children.
And then I was dying for my children to grow old enough so I could go back to work.
But then I was dying to retire.
And now I am dying. And suddenly I realized I forgot to live.
PLEASE Don't Let this happen to you.

LIVE TODAY LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW...

Bus aise hi...

Never stop or own the moral excellence in a person. It would be futile, since moral excellence as a character in a person, is like the fragrance of the flower that spread far and wide as the wind blows, with no boundaries for it. Everyone in this world needs to smell the fragrance of moral excellence and follow the same, so as to spread it further…

A Scorpion Moment...

There was this Hindu who saw a scorpion floundering around in the water. He decided to save it by stretching out his finger, but the scorpion stung him. The man still tried to get the scorpion out of the water, but the scorpion stung him again.

A man nearby told him to stop saving the scorpion that kept stinging him.

But the Hindu said: "It is the nature of the scorpion to sting. It is my nature to love. Why should I give up my nature to love just because it is the nature of the scorpion to sting?"

Don't give up loving.
Don't give up your goodness.
Even if people around you sting
